Our influencer programme is designed to provide gifted items to Australian families, to help promote the amazing features, benefits and design of the Bubblegummer Ranges

To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:

- Children must be aged between 3-10 years old due to size availability (unless otherwise agreed)

- We are looking for families with previous experience of content creation or product marketing.

- As this is for the AU market, you must be based in Australia.

You must complete our application form to become a brand influencer and receive gifted products. All applications are considered, regardless of your follower count or reach, and is based on many factors including but not limited to age of child, availability of products, availability of sizes.

If your application is accepted, you will be contacted via email with a link to our active campaigns. You will be able to browse campaigns which are open to influencers to order and promote products. Due to limited resources, unsuccessful applications won't be contacted.

There will be an order form available for all open campaigns where you will be able to order styles in your desired size. This is subject to availability and completion of order form, does not guarantee product will be available and gifted. On occasion all requests will be granted, whilst others one may be granted. Completion of this form confirms that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All gifted items will be dispatched from our Mornington, Vic warehouse and are subject to availability. All gifted items are free of charge including shipment.

All gifted items are for the sole purpose of market, advertising, content creation and product review. Items must not be re-sold or returned to store. At end of use, products must be donated to charity or destroyed in a sustainable manner.

By completing the order form, you have entered into an agreement with Bubblegummers Australia to promote or review the gifted products. Bubblegummers Australia would like you to take a minimum of 3 photos or videos of each gifted item, with a clear / profressional finish. These must be submited to hello@bubblegummers.com.au within 30 days of receipt of items. Failure to submit content creation may result in request to return gifted products.

You hereby grant Bubblegummers Australia a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs or videos described above for promotional and marketing purposes related to Bubblegummers Australia products and services

Bubblegummers Australia may use the photographs solely for the purposes specified herein and may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or use the photographs in any other manner without the prior written consent of the Provider.

This Photograph and Video Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Bubblegummers Australia], hereinafter referred to as the "Recipient", and [Photographer’s Full Name or Sending Party], hereinafter referred to as the "Provider".

Bubblegummers Australia acknowledges that the license granted herein does not grant any ownership rights to the photographs and that all such rights remain with the Provider.

Bubblegummers Australia agrees not to use the photographs in any manner that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

Bubblegummers Australia agrees that no monetary compensation will be paid to the Provider for the use of the photographs as outlined in this Agreement

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective
Date and shall continue in effect until terminated by either party with written
notice.

By receiving gifted items by Bubblegummers Australia, you agree to share the products on your own social media platforms a minimum of once per product with the tag @bubblegummers_australia.

All posts or shares by Bubblegummers Australia will include a photo credit and tag of original promoter.

All models (adults and children) present in images, must have given you (the promoter) the right to take and distribute images. For children (under 18) must have consent provided by their parent or guardian.

All information provided to Bubblegummers Australia will be held only by Bubblegummers Australia and will not be shared with any third party business including Big W. This agreement is with Bubblegummers Australia and is not associated with another business including Big W or Instagram. You can cancel your agreement with us at any time by emailing hello@bubblegummers.com.au.

This Agreement shall commence on the date of order form, and shall continue in effect until terminated by either party via email. Terminate at any time by emailing hello@bubblegummers.com.au
